Mechanical rides are ALWAYS more exciting to kids than any big air filled balloon regardless of whatever super hero or character the big balloon might be shaped like.
This is an awesome ride for the price and It's beautiful too, isn't it?
This ride requires NO ASSEMBLY to set it up. You just pull it with any pickup truck or SUV to your party's location, drop the 4 stabilizer legs (one at each corner), plug it in and ride! Absolutely NO TOOLS REQUIRED to set it up or break it down for travel! The steel safety railing is welded to the trailer frame and it is extremely secure. This ride is made of 100% steel, no plastic or wood that can rot or crack. This sturdy ride will last virtually forever with very little maintenance. Paint it every now and then and it should last indefinitely.
The Gulf Oil Spill is boosting the demand for portable rides and party equipment all across the south east. Many people and organizations that traditionally traveled to the Gulf Coast for events are now looking for other options. The enterprising party rental companies are in a rare position to greatly increase their revenues for the next several years IF they have the equipment people want at their event. It is as simple as 1-2-3 for the operator to load and unload kids from the "cars.
1 - Slow the ride and stop it with a car at deck level (above),
2 - remove the locking device from the outside of the door,
3 - Open the door and change riders,

The motor, gear box, bearings, and the motor controller are commonly used parts so they are "Off The Shelf" and can be purchased from Grainger's or even on Ebay when it comes time to replace any of them. Fortunately that shouldn't be for quite a while since the motor, gear box and motor controller were just replaced in May 2010 and have less than 2 hours of use on them.
The motor is a standard two horsepower variable speed DC motor. The motor controller gives you variable speed control of the two horse power motor. It runs on standard single phase 220V AC current found in every home or portable generator. It only needs 9.5 amps under full load so it can be plugged into any household 220V outlet such as an electric clothes dryer outlet, an air conditioner outlet, an electric stove outlet, or any other 220V outlet.
